Yellowtail Kingfish are the near cousin of the Yellowtail Hamachi and Yellowtail Jack. All are in the Jack family and present very similar shape, color, taste, and texture. The Yellowtail Kingfish is typically larger than Japanese Hamachi and is a great Wild alternative to farm raised Japanese Hamachi.

Royal Reds are a deep fathom species that are relatively new to the National Market. The sheer depth has kept the Shrimpers from exploiting the species. They have been celebrated in the local markets for a bit longer and could be regarded a "Best Kept Secret". The Royal Red Shrimp have the "Snap" of White Shrimp with a creamier and sweeter finish.
King crab is low in saturated fat and a good source of vitamin B12, phosphorus, zinc, copper and selenium. It has fleshy claws and legs with sweet, rich meat. All of our Golden King Crabs come from Alaska only and rate a "Best Choice" Green by FishChoice. Bake, Boil or Steam.
