How We Ship
Bringing the treasures of the sea to your doorstep in a quality fashion requires that we take every precaution to ensure that the highest standards of quality assurance are maintained at every step. And that vigilance cannot stop once the product is on its way to you. We all have to be guaranteed that every product we ship will arrive at your door at the height of its freshness and flavor.
All products, live, fresh, or frozen, will be shipped in specially designed containers with refrigerants to provide maximum breakage protection and temperature assurance. The industry leaders for thermal packaging produce these containers for us. They are the highest ratio strength to weight boxes available and meet or exceed all Federal Aviation Administration and Food and Drug Administration specifications and standards for shipping perishable products. They have been engineered to ensure the delivery of safe, fresh, and wholesome products every time for every customer.
Orders received Monday through Friday before 12 noon EST, will be packed that day for delivery the next day by Federal Express. Orders received after 12 noon EST on Thursday, and all orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be packed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. It is possible to order on Friday and request Saturday delivery by indicating Saturday delivery in the special notes section of the payment process page. An additional flat shipping charge of $15.95 will be added to your purchase and shipping invoice.
